Sad news this weekend. Patrick Doyle of Veronica Falls & Boys Forever passed away. So I started off the show with music from Veronica Falls, and it turned into a set centered loosely around Crimson & Clover. And that set inspired a full set of music from the mighty Slumberland Records. New rock from Camp Cope, Screaming Females, and Shannon & The Clams. Hip-hop from Dessa, Shredders, and Digable Planets. Electro-weirdness from Moby, Superorganism and Fartbarf. New music from The Breeders, too. And some Tom Waits just because.
