The new/old Car Seat Headrest album is out and I have been thinking a lot about it. Will Toledo has been thinking a lot about it, because he originally recorded the album Twin Fantasy back in 2011, when CSH was just him. Now he's got a couple of albums for Matador under his belt, and has toured with his band extensively. And yet, things keep recurring. Characters keep being revisited. Stories get edited. Metaphors swapped out for new metaphors. So, we'll have a couple of tracks from the new album, with some other related tracks.
