New Show, Who 'Dis?

This week, my former Eclectic Kettle co-host Simon makes a visit to San Francisco and joins us for the first time since the last time. He's brought hand-mixed sets of dance music, and we'll talk about how he got drawn into that.

Our album of the week comes from Helado Negro, whose new record This is How You Smilecomes out this Friday. He blends folk and electronic influences with songs in English and Spanish. It's a laid back listen, with subtle pulses of dance rhythm to great effect.

We also flash back to the late 90s to pay tribute to The Prodigy's Keith Flint, who tragically passed away this week.
