Healing Potpourri's new album Blanket of Calm (bandcamp) is something like a concept album about feeling good. The ensemble arrangements are sensual and dulcet and bright, and the lyrics both name the good feelings in daily life, and mine the memories of when we learned what good feelings were-- the moments, fleeting and small, that are the miracles of our days, if we can stop long enough to feel them.
Episode title is a reference to the Healing Potpourri song "Dustin's Rain Tape."
