  7. That's Not of Course by Gnarwhal on Shinerboy (Flannel Gurl) Info

Absolutely insane performance from Tyler Coburn here. Everything he touches is gold. Check out Gnarwhal's 2011 album, Duane. I used to blast it during my dishwashing shifts in college.

  8. Free by Sault on Untitled (Rise) (Forever Living Originals)

one of my all-time favorite albums

one bad MFer on the drums here, Stella Mozgawa

  19. Featured Chocolate Chip Trip by TOOL on Fear Inoculum (Tool Dissectional / Volcano) Info

Danny Carey absolutely murdering the drums here. It's even better to watch. Check out his drum cam videos on YouTube. **Following the release of this episode, I learned that a member of this band was accused of rape. I regret giving this artist any air time and hope you will join me in committing to never listening to their work again.**

Elena Costa on the drums. Show her some love on Instagram.

  21. Jammed Entrance by Thee Oh Sees on Weird Exits (Castleface) Local
  22. Phoenix Lights by Enemies on Valuables (Topshelf) Info

Micheal Quinn is one of my favorite drummers. His style has influenced mine tremendously. Enemies disbanded a while back, but Micheal moved forward with other projects and has been touring most recently with Dermot Kennedy. He released a solo album earlier this year and is also an accomplished visual artist.

  23. Featured The Hot Eye by Sunwatchers on II (Trouble In Mind)
