I'm still not quite ready to dive back into my heady nerd shit....and that's okay!
Part of my responsibility as curator/creator of media is to consider the bandwidth of my audience, as well as myself. We live in a system of constant consumption, and an infinite flurry of information being hurled at us. Aside from hosting/DJing I work in service, which means my social battery tanks pretty quickly.
So this week, I'm leaning I'm leaning into the self-care side of this show.
Sometimes, we don't want to feel, purge, or learn anything, we just want some soothing background noise. And that's the vibe I'm bringin'.
I wanted some crowd participation, so I made a poll on IG asking folks to share parts of their care rituals, so I could share them here!
