As things continue to speed up I wanted to take a moment and slow down Loverz,
I created this show for you to inspire, to allow ourselves to ground into our deepest alignment to remember that we are always right where we need to be. Especially facing the extreme circumstances life always has in store for us.

Personally as I navigate my Breast Cancer journey I have been forced to slow all the way down, meditation has been a saving grace in my practice along with creating shows that inspire, especially in moments like these Loverz. ✨

🧿Slowing down for me has been the quickest way to alchemize and transmute all of the things that demand us to move fast, act fast and speed up so much so until we become frozen.🧿
