songs for heartache, love, and sadness

November has been a deeply restful month for me, different than last year's but in many ways really similar.
i go to sleep soo criminally early now.. like most nights i'm tucked in by 8 pm, and you know what, bully me if you want, but it truly feels life-changing.
after my elder community friend connie mentioned that I look super weary, I forcibly transitioned myself into a self care routine i haven't seen since i was 19. rest is turning into something that i'm longer ashamed of, it's an essential nutrient to me surviving these cold foggy nights. (brick weather)
ive been: dealing with depressive moods (not getting enough sunlight), helping those i care about through weird life transitions (more depression), and working on making myself feel happy (meditating, reading, and creating)
struggles to say the least but i am enjoying living through it. i read somewhere that love exists under all hardships. and instead of choosing to hide away, i've been channeling my energy into creating things that feel special, especially in times like these.
