a white cotton shirt sliding off of the shoulder, falling to the floor, keeps going through the floor boards to the room below and down through the foundation even more below through the soil and rocks like an unstoppable root going down and going further down until it reaches the earths core, where all this fabric lands lying in a pile as though it had been discarded in a moment of passion.
