“Sat Nam” ਸਤਿ ਨਾਮੁ is a sacred mantra from the Gurmukhi language which translates to “truth identity” or “the truth is my identity.” This mantra is repeated in Kundalini yoga to "experience vibrational harmony through which you vibrate in the divine." Lately, I’ve been exploring and noticing the ways in which we can become fully authentic, and through practicing yoga, there is something unique in how that can bring awareness to the body and mind and spirit. This week, we take a spiritual journey through some yogic melodies to unearth the sat nam within all of us. Please enjoy~
