San Francisco voters are going to be considering some 39 ballot measures this November. If that isn't enough to make your head spin, many of them are extremely controversial. One in particular is drawing ire from homeless advocates because it seeks to allow for the removal of tent encampments if those who live in the tents are first offered an available shelter option. We'll discuss the pitfalls and the upshots of the ballot measure.
