I barely slept last night from anxiety, I tried to look up yoga stretches for the tension in my chest and the internet just tried to sell me crystals, my bread starter went mouldy and the New Shit I'm working on for the BFF.fm website is proving to be a little more hard graft than creative escape right now. It's one of those weeks.
They're gonna happen, but at least I get to put out this show. A bit of new stuff, a lot of oldies and weird album tracks that I was drawn too. It's a mood, and I hope you'll feel some comfort knowing we're all doing it from time to time.
